I'm a reporter, designer and photographer but I'm also so much more than that. I am a passionate, determined (or stubborn as some may put it) and energetic person who has always worked hard on any project.

I have been a passionate writer from a very young age. I enjoy reading different genres and as a result, my writing is relatively diverse, from poetry and short fiction to feature and news articles. I also enjoy photography, more specifically event and landscape photography, which has in turn encouraged a love of nature and environmental preservation.

I am currently working as a regional reporter with the Otago Daily Times. My job is diverse. I write weekly articles about local events, emergencies, businesses and community issues. I also take care of the photography and some of the social media for the articles I write.

My previous experience is several years working as a reporter for 95bFM, a writer for Craccum Magazine and a Youth Leader at Refugees as Survivors
